Sharing the passion for female cyclical well-being

I'm a yoga & qigong teacher who is deeply fascinated with menstrual cycle awareness and health. For the last 5 years I've explored my own cycle to find ways how to feel better in each phase of it. My research and observation has led me to honouring and appreciating my cycle, realizing that a period can be experienced without pain, and a passion to contribute in any way I can to spread the knowledge about female health and well-being.

I believe that every woman on this planet should have a decent knowledge about their bodies, menstrual cycles and inner workings of hormones. Our bodies are magical, complex, fascinating, but... no one told us this at school. It's about time to proactively share these ideas into the world:

  • honouring and living in sync with your cycle is a SUPERPOWER

  • periods don't have to be painful

  • we are not supposed to operate in a same way as male bodies do

  • our fertility and menstrual health matters (even if we don't want to have kids)

  • young girls need to have a positive and celebrative introduction to period and cycle knowledge

  • our menstrual cycle is our strength and not a weakness

Movement & mental health

Mental health challenges is a real thing - from anxiety that gives us the unpleasant jittery sensations in the body and racing mind, to constantly low mood and disconnection from the world. Movement, and meditation can support us on a daily basis to stay well. Solution to mental health troubles is not a quick fix, so keeping up with good routines is essential, and of course - have fun along the way!

Over 10 years of practicing yoga and other movement exercises, I focus on mindful exercise tecniques that allow to settle and sense into the body.
